I am an author and investor from central New Jersey who enjoys helping helping real estate investors and small business owners improve their business and lives.
Working as an investor in real estate, I discovered methods to line up cash quickly as a means to fund my business. As a result, I created the Business Credit Workshop, a company that teaches the methods to develop a rock-solid business credit profile and the little-known techniques on how and where to obtain business loans and business credit cards in today’s market.
I also enjoy teaching real estate investors how to invest in real estate. You can do this in any market. It’s not hype. It has changed my life. If you are just getting started, I recommend you pick up a copy of Thomas Lucier’s The Pre-Foreclosure Property Investor’s Kit. I read this book 3 years ago and took action and it has changed my life. I no longer dread working. I love it. I make my own hours and work from home.
My advice to you is to act now with a sense of urgency, I did not want to be older and gray, looking back at my life wondering ‘how things would have been, if I only took action and tried my best to hit my goals’. By having this vision, I realized that I would rather be 40 years from now, saying, ‘hey at least I gave it my all’, rather than saying ‘I wonder what would have happened if…’. The truth is you probably know what you need to do to improve your life, don’t ignore that inner voice. If you can’t sleep at night, you need to change something. I did and I hope you do too.

Hey, hey! Okay, first… Congrats on the wedding! The pics were beautiful. Second… I am so very interested in how you do what you do. At the moment, I am working at a furniture store, making 2% of whatever I sell – so, in order to make a decent paycheck each week, I have to sell an insane amount of stuff and it usually doesn’t work that way.
So… any advice or courses that you offer or anything like that, please send me the info so I can sign up. 🙂

I recommend you pick up a copy of this book: Thomas Lucier’s The Pre-Foreclosure Property Investor’s Kit.
It helped me get my start.
Also, there is an Investor Orientation that my friend, Chuck is doing. His course was great. It really helped me a lot. It’s not cheap, but if you apply what he teaches it is worth it. His investor orientation is Sep 26 – 27 2009.
